At Girelier, seafood cuisine sings with an accent from the South, orchestrated with rigor and talent by a Vosgian-Alsatian duo: David Didelot Laurent Simon, who consistently composes a careful menu, prepared with select products, with respect for original flavors.

Tropézienne sea house

Fish, shellfish and crustaceans are worked there in all their forms: in ultra-fresh seafood platters, in the form of raw version, in the form of carpaccio, but also lobster, sole, turbot and cleverly browned lobster.

Revealing an anthology of beautiful wines, the wine list is carefully prepared by Aimé Stoesser, the charismatic owner of the place. A diversity that will delight all palates: at a reasonable price, such as the Domaine Sainte-Marie in directly pressed rosé produced in Bormes-les-Mimosas; and the big houses: Domaine la Rouillère, as well as the Château Minuty, which are among the essential references in the Gulf.
